The chef Alberto Hernández is the heart and soul of Taberna de Libreros.
Creative and passionate, Alberto learned, perfected and consolidated his craft alongside the best national and international chefs. With stages at Martín Berasategui, Pepe Vieira and Pepe Solla; he has worked at El Bulli with Ferrán Adriá, Atrio with Toño Pérez and has been Executive Chef for the Aqua group, where he developed culinary concepts, recipes, gastronomic offerings and worked in chef training and kitchen management for more than 12 years in Hong Kong, Beijing and London.
Homemade marinades and marinades, recovered recipes and our own Ras el Hanout spice blends (the best of the house) perfectly balanced to give a personal approach to each preparation.
